Executive Home Search service (Only available in central London, including Docklands)If your budget for a new rental property is more than £300 per week (£1,300 per calendar month) we are able to offer you a special service designed to make finding a suitable property a whole lot more convenient and fast! It works like this: Having listened to your requirements we will put together a ‘tour’ of properties matching your requirements. We will then email you a schedule before meeting you and whisking you around 5 or 6 properties The beauty of this service is that it doesn’t just include the properties available on our lettings list! We have a good rapport with many of the leading agents and they are happy to make keys to their properties available to us on a half commission basis (If you take their property, they will share the commission with us) This means that you get to see a good selection of property without the tiresome job of having the same conversations over and over again with several agents. Neither do you have to find their offices, we will collect all the keys, before collecting you.
