We will advertise your property and sometimes ask other agents to introduce applicants to us. Once an applicant is found and you are agreeable to the terms, we will proceed to take up references and assist with ensuring that the property is ready to accept the tenants. We will deal with the tenancy agreement and arrange for an inventory and schedule of condition to be drawn up. As soon as the money is paid over, the tenants have moved in and the utility providers have been informed of the meter readings, we will leave you to manage the tenancy. Many landlords choose to instruct us to manage the property and benefit from the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the tenant won’t disturb them on a Sunday evening to report a problem! Having your property managed means leaving us in charge of the property to the point where you (the landlord) can literally forget out the property part from seeing the rent enter your bank account and receiving a statement and update from us each month. We will liaise with the tenants and yourselves to make sure that the property is being cared for and is not deteriorating. If something requires repair we shall contact you by your preferred method (email, or phone) to let you know.
